Bridge CRM Update 5.24.22
This release includes Bridge User Interface changes and numerous improvements designed to enhance the user experience.
Phone switch upgrade
Addition of logout function (*12) to hot desk operations.
Bridge contact touch improved and includes calls, texts, chat+ conversation, and automated messaging campaigns.
Time zone assignment.
Remain on top scroll bar added to Visual Voicemail for improved multi-page navigation.
All eSign signature entries are converted to a graphic before insertion into the document to eliminate font incompatibility.
Items we are still working on:
Inconsistency of Automated Messaging triggers & Manual contact imports, and the ability to export data to Hawksoft have been reported under some network/desktop conditions to not be working as expected. Unfortunately, we have not been able to replicate these conditions in our lab consistently and are working on the issues.
