1. From the Bridge Dashboard, double click the eSignature icon.
  2. Select Contacts
    Enter the names, emails, or phone numbers that should receive the prepared eSignature document.
    (Tip: Type Enter to add each contact. Add as many contacts as necessary.)
  3. Specify the Requirements for Each Recipient
    Use the pencil icon to the right of the contact(s) to require signature, approval, or just copy (CC) the contact with no action needed.

  4. Document Selection
    Click Add document(s) to sign to upload the document(s).
    250mb file size limit; supported files: JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PDF, PPT/PPTX, TXT
  5. Specify Who Needs to Sign
    1. Me & Others: Requires at least one other contact.
    2. Only Me: Useful when you need to send someone else a signed document that doesn’t require their signature
    3. Only Others: Requires at least one other contact. Your signing requirement will be CC only
  6. Contact Message
    The recipients of the eSignature document will be notified by email. Enter a subject and message for the email here.
  7. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  8. Click the Prepare Document button.
