1. From an active call, click the Park Call button.
  2. Listen for the audio message with the “parking spot” number for the call.
  3. Anyone in the office on Bridge can use the “parking spot” number to pick up a parked call.

    Hover over the parked icon for the “parking spot” number.

    Click the green phone icon in the parked icon over box or enter the “parking spot” number in the field labeled Type contact name or number.
