1. From your Bridge Dashboard, double click on the Sales Automation Suite icon.
  2. Click on the link that says Automated Messaging.
  3. Click on the button on the right that says Create a Drip Campaign.
  4. On the line to the right of the text that says Campaign Name:, enter the name of your campaign and click the Update Name button. This name is for internal use and will not be seen by message recipients.
  5. In the box that says Step 1: Message 1, click the button that says Edit.
  6. In the pop-up box, give your message a description (EXAMPLE: Intro Message). This description is for internal use and will not be seen by message recipients.
  7. Select if you want your message to be Voice, Text, or Email.

Adding a voice message

  1. If you select voice, choose to Record a New Message, Upload an Audio File, or Select from Audio Library.
  2. One you’ve added your audio, click the Save Changes button.

Adding a text message

  1. If you select text, start by entering the number from which the campaign will be delivered. The default for this number is the user that is logged in and building the drip campaign.
  2. Enter your message in the box that says Type your message here. You may also Insert Shortcodes that will auto-generate a contact’s last name, first name, phone number, etc. You can Insert Media Link to add media that is stored in Bridge or Insert Script to add a saved scripted message.
  3. Click the Save Changes button.

Adding an email message

  1. If you select email, start by entering the From Name (who the message is from), the From Email, and the Subject. Enter your email message in the Html Body section, using Insert Media Link and Insert a script template as needed.
  2. Scroll down to the area that says Plain Text Body and click the From Html button to copy the Html Body text. Plain text is a fallback option for recipients who don’t receive HTML emails.
  3. Click the Save Changes button.

The following steps are the same, regardless of if you’ve opted for a voice, text, or email message.

  1. Click the Add New Step button.
  2. In the button that says Wait: 1 Day, click the pencil icon to edit how many days to wait before sending the second message.
  3. Repeat steps 5-17 to add messages to the sequence. You can add as many messages as you like and the campaign can be any combination of voice, text, and email that you prefer.
  4. Click the Return to Landing Page button to return to the list of Drip Campaigns.
  5. At any point you can click on a campaign to use the Edit Campaign, Duplicate Campaign, or Remove Campaign buttons. You can also see some basic stats on your campaign.
