- Click the Settings link at the top right of the page.
- Click the New Activity tab in the second row.
- Assign the task to one of your company’s users.
- Enter who the task will be associated with.
- Use the Activity drop down to select the type of activity.
- In the Status drop down, select whether the status for the activity is Open or Completed.
- Assign a due date for the activity.
- Select the completed date for the activity.
- Add notes.
- Click the Save button.
