1. Click the Contacts icon in the top right of the screen.
  2. You may need to uncheck the Show My Contacts Only box to get all contacts to appear on the page. You can filter contacts by group and organization, or search for a specific name, phone number, or email address.
  3. Once you have located the contact that you want to add to a drip campaign, check the box in the furthest right column. This will bring up a new row of buttons. You can select as many contacts as you like.
  4. Click the Add (number of contacts) to a Campaign button.
  5. In the pop-up box, enter a Description and select the campaign that you want to add your contact(s) to. Note that you must first start a Drip Campaign before you can add contacts to one.
  6. Use the Start Immediately? toggle switch to start the campaign right away, or toggle the switch off to set a date and time for the campaign to start.
  7. Click the Add Contacts to Campaign button.
