A few things to know before training
- All Bridge users are required to attend this training.
- All Phones and Dialers must be installed on each users work station prior to the class.
- Each user MUST be at their work station for the training in order to properly train and test the Phone or the Dialer.
- All headsets that will be used should be plugged in and working.
- The training will be highly interactive so come prepared to participate.
- Please download the agenda here and become familiar with it.
We'll make the transition smooth
We understand that installing a new system is stressful and can seem overwhelming. It is our experience that an initial training that is heavily weighted toward making sure that you understand the phone system is most helpful. Don’t worry you will have plenty of opportunity to learn the rest of Bridge after you get settled in.
You should leave this training confident that on the day you go live with Bridge you will be well equipped to do your job in answering the phone, transferring calls, and servicing your clients.
